Announcement: Change in Plans for November Interview

It is with regret I write to announce that this month's highly anticipated interview with Ayomide Amusan, won't be possible as planned. Despite our efforts, we were unable to establish the necessary connection for the insightful conversation we were all looking forward to. In the coming days, I'll be revealing the individual I'll be interviewing for December, and trust me, it's worth the wait! Insuring Environmental Sustainability: into Osun State!

  Naija in the Mix will be in Osun State this month where I'll be speaking with Ayomide Amusan. Ayomide Amusan Ayomide Amusan is a social enterpreneur, a creative innovator, and an enthusiast for environmental sustainability and global impact.  She is the Lead designer & founder at Àràyíí , where they convert waste nylon & fabrics into unique fashion accessories.  Ayomide is a certified ambassador of the SDG’s and a Change agent. She’s a trained fashion accessories designer and an alumni of Plasticwize fellowship, and a co- ambassador of the OAU Efico community. My interview with Ayomide will dwell largely on the impact she is making through Àràyíí, her brainchild. We will be discussing how the idea for Àràyíí came, and her inspiration to start a brand focused on converting waste into fashion accessories.
